Appointment booking and fees

Appointments are available Tuesdays to Saturdays.
I offer a no obligation 15 minute telephone consultation so please do contact me by telephone or email if you have any questions about hypnotherapy and to discover how I can help you.

General Appointments

First appointment (usually around 90 minutes to 2 hours) – £99

Second and subsequent appointments (75-90 minutes) – £85

Teenagers and Students

£75 per session – I also offer group sessions. See the group sessions tab in the navigation menu.

Stop Smoking Appointments

For smoking cessation one appointment is usually enough (up to 2 hours) – £175

Very occasionally my clients like to have a second session for reinforcement (1 hour) – £85

Private Group Smoking Cessation

I offer private small group Stop Smoking sessions for up to 5 people at my office in Castle Road Southsea, so if you’d like to stop smoking with a group of friends or work colleagues please contact me for more details of times and requirements. The fee includes a 20 minute individual telephone consultation with each participant prior to the group session.

Up to 3 people – £130 per person
4-5 people – £100 per person

More than 5 people – £85 per person

I also run larger group sessions which you can book to come along and join.
